Well, let us help you with your next kid friendly meal that even the kid at heart will enjoy. VEGAN CHICKEN STRIPS. Our vegan chicken strips are remarkably similar to the real thing! The best part is it’s super easy to make. All you really need is your favorite non-meat chicken, a few spices, flour, and something to fry it up in. So, let’s get cooking!

INGREDIENTS:
*1 teaspoon onion powder
*1 teaspoon garlic powder
*½ teaspoon celery salt
*2 cups white flour
*3 tablespoons nutritional yeast
*pepper to taste
*4 tablespoons yellow mustard
*½ cup water
*2½ tablespoons baking powder
*1 pound vegan chicken
*2 cups canola oil-for frying
METHOD:
*Mix together flour, celery salt, onion powder, garlic powder, nutrition yeast and pepper.
*In a separate bowl. Whisk together water and yellow mustard.
*Stir in ⅓ cup flour mixture into mustard mixture.
*Stir in baking powder into flour mixture.
*Dip chunks of vegan chicken into mustard mixture. Then into the flour mixture.
*Fry in hot oil on medium high heat in a large skillet or deep fryer until crispy and golden brown.
