When you feel these cravings about to hit you, you probably want something that is quick, easy, tasty, and edible the same day. Me too! That’s why we’ve come up with this VEGAN PEANUT BUTTER PUDDING that fits the same day eligible cravings criteria— super easy, super delicious, and whips up fast for today’s snacking/dessert time. We’ve topped our vegan peanut butter pudding with banana coins, shaved dark chocolate and served with pretzels on the side for a lovely sweet/salty combination. These toppings are totally optional. Serve however will satisfy your craving’s calling. Best part of this pudding, there’s no cooking involved. So, let’s get whipping!
VEGAN PEANUT BUTTER PUDDING
*16 oz package silken tofu
*3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
*1/4 cup vegan sugar
*2 tablespoons soy milk
*2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
Place all ingredients together in a mixing bowl. With an electric mixer; starting on low speed working up to high speed, combine all ingredients together until smooth and creamy. May be served immediately or keep refrigerated until ready to serve. Enjoy!
